Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled time by calling or messaging +91 95157 37340.

Late cancellation & no-shows

Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service value at our discretion, especially for premium/couple therapies.

Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us before leaving the spa so we can address your concern. Refunds for prepaid bookings, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Packages & gift vouchers

Prepaid packages and vouchers are non-refundable but transferable and valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.
